All digital services and offerings provided via dcbayin are integrated in accordance with the current API policies of the respective social media platforms. Every member who registers, adds balance, and places an order declares in advance that they are over 18 years of age or acting with parental consent and have read and understood all the legal clauses in this agreement.

In case of money laundering, fraud, use of stolen cards or any violation of system rules, dcbayin reserves the right to permanently close the user's account, confiscate their balance, and apply to legal authorities without any prior notice.

In order for orders to be processed smoothly and instantly by our fully automated systems (API), the following rules must be strictly followed:

• The profile, account or server links ordered must not be private; they must be public.
• Before entering a second order for the same link or server, the first order must be completely finalized (Completed or Canceled status) in the system. Simultaneous orders may cause conflicts and no refunds are provided in this case.
• The person placing the order is solely responsible for any delays or delivery losses caused by entering an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible link.
• Start times in the service descriptions are estimates and may vary instantly depending on global server loads.

Since the services offered on the dcbayin platform are services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods (digital products) delivered instantly to the consumer, cancellation or refund is legally not possible after the order is placed.

Balances added to our system are collected via 3D Secure POS systems. Uploaded balances cannot be converted to cash and cannot be refunded to the user's bank/credit card or accounts. All loaded amounts can only be used to purchase services within dcbayin.

The amounts of orders canceled due to system load, technical infrastructure problems, or incorrect links are instantly and automatically transferred back to the user's on-site balance wallet (account). This balance is kept to be used in another purchase.

dcbayin cannot be held directly responsible for member, subscriber or view drops that may occur due to major updates, bot scans, or database cleanups made by social media platforms (Discord, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) in their algorithms.

Users must place an order by carefully reading the refill duration, speed, and quality details clearly stated in the descriptions section. For standard services without a "guaranteed" label, no refill process is applied for possible losses and default market conditions apply.

Users are personally responsible for protecting their account passwords, security information, and API keys used when logging into our platform. It is highly recommended to activate the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system from your profile settings to maximize your account security.

Your personal data (e-mail address, IP logs, device information, etc.) will never be shared with any 3rd party or institution except for legal obligations. dcbayin accepts no legal liability for data and balance losses caused by sharing passwords or sessions with third parties.
